Life Mercilessly Killed

I
the people you hold captive mercilessly
as they rummage and survive by your rubbish
you are the ruthless tyrant that slash-and-kill
those remaining
stand by
dreading your marches
as they mask their livelihood and purpose
all for you
to
be
satisfied.
the people that ignited your wrath
are decimated by you as we speak
you are the heartless monster everyone fears
even your maleficence proclaim supreme from
those monsters
that their attempts are futile against you
your words are the law, statues at
every
corner
of
the
town.
the people that conform to your 'faith'
you laugh and chuckle as they are at your feet
their essence essentially nothing
by your eyes they're all a citizen should be
but in their own, they betray their ownself
and so some
try to
escape
from
this
dystopia.
they march forward with eyes of hope
but hope falters in this society
and you smell their betrayal
and enlist them to be killed
and ordered your loyal troops
to search for the traitors
and burn them
on display
for
all
to
see
their
mistakes.
II
and so I was born in this town
forced to believe in your words
the sun gets colder
and snow starts to freeze
in your attempts to stop me
from
exiting
your
'wonderland'.
but I won't listen to your lies
as I say goodbye you ran after me
hours by foot in the faraway forest
"Let's end it all", you say
"You're not real, doubt"
you
fade
away
finally
the world
became how it is
chaos and terror
but
this terror is
authentic
and even feel
comforting
at times.
